Purchasing a domain name at godaddy.com
Well, purchasing a domain name at godaddy.com is a headache for paypal unverified users. Because godaddy.com only accept paypal verified members. So it is unfortunate for the unverified users of paypal. It is their own policy and terms of services and they are stick with it. Godaddy has been excellent in terms of offering a promo codes and promotional offers.
However, this has not been the same case with each & every domain name registrar. There are some registrars accept paypal unverified account to sell the domain name.
